Newsletter privacy

When you submit the newsletter form, this website stores your email address, a site identifier, the signup source and the signup time in a shared Supabase database. Your signup is associated with The Orc.

Why we collect it

The list is for news from The Orc. Submitting the form records your request to receive those updates. The form does not make a booking or reserve admission.

Requests and removal

To request removal from The Orc’s update list, message The Orc and include the email address you used.

Basic abuse prevention

The server temporarily uses a request’s IP address to limit repeated signup attempts. The signup form does not store the IP address in the subscriber record. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs.

This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Facebook links take you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
